Reference: Mical is an exceptional student athlete. In his final collegiate season he has dealt with adversity and has achieved more than any athlete I have ever coached. He was chosen unanimously by his team mates as team captain for 3 years of his college career. He’s a natural leader both on and off the floor. His perseverance and dedication to his craft enabled him to solidify a great basketball career at the college level. Mical was named Third Team All- conference player in just half a season. He finished his career with more than 1,100 points and got better every single time he stepped out on the floor.
Mical brings leadership, enthusiasm and work ethic with him every where he goes. He finished his final season as an all league player and will be a tremendous asset to any basketball program he is involved in.

Reference: Since the first practice session Mical stepped on the floor for us he has set a tone and bought right into our clubs standard and culture. He leads by example and is first in and last out to all basketball related commitments. His attitude and determination to do whatever it takes to win us unquestionable. Offensively he is a great floor leader and has great vision at the point guard spot. He likes to play a high tempo running game with a pass ahead mentality as well as finish on the end of a break himself. He can create opportunities quickly off the dribble for himself and is smart and selfless enough to find his team mates in positions where they can dominate. As well as being a formidable threat off the dribble, Mical also has excellent range on his jump shot up to and beyond the three point line. He’s a clutch performer, already this season, demanding the ball and delivering game winning plays on multiple occasions. He quickly learns offensive and defensive sets and is able to pick out and isolate weaknesses on the opposition and find the appropriate team mate. Defensively he is solid and able to guard multiple positions and will crash the glass on both ends of the floor.
Overall Mical is up there with the best athletes I’ve had the privilege of coaching or playing with at any level. He is committed to looking after his body in terms of Strength and conditioning and nutrition and has a thirst and determination to be successful. In my opinion he will be a major asset to any professional club at any level and I’d highly recommend him to any club.
